Equipped with a unique blend of skills in floral design, installation art, photo and event styling, Moey has carved a niche for herself in the world of creative design.  With a solid academic background from renowned institutions such as California College of the Arts, and Emily Carr Institute of Art + Design, Moey has spent the past 20 years integrating her knowledge of fiber sculpture, fine art, and interior design into visual narratives within film, exhibitions, and commercial spaces.

Moey's career has been a vibrant tapestry of diverse experiences. As the owner and lead designer of Moey Nelson Design, LLC, she currently specializes in creating immersive, experiential designs. Her approach to design is holistic, considering not only aesthetics but also the narrative each space conveys. This philosophy was further refined through her design education, where she developed a deeper understanding of the technical aspects and emotional impact of interior spaces.

In addition to floral arranging, Moey has also orchestrated large-scale biophillic installations for events, hospitality and commercial spaces. Moey has excelled in curating products and managing visual merchandising, where she blended artistic flair with strategic placement, to enhance the consumer experience.  Her background as a photo-stylist, window display artist, and art director for independent films, respectively highlight her ability to blend functionality with visual appeal, creating spaces that interact with their contextual themes.
